| Qualifications: Analysis Skills • Good written/oral skills a must • Ability to understand business needs • Ability to design system and database schemas • Ability to respond responsibly to aggressive deadlines • Ability to follow functional specifications and translate into CF • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Technical Skills • Desired: ASP.NET/Java a plus • Must have a minimum of 1+ years web development experience • Essential: Cold Fusion MX 7/8, comfortable manually editing HTML/CSS • Minimum of 1+ years of SQL Server 2000 or related experience, specifically: - QA experience - Create and maintain database tables - Write and run queries to retrieve and update data - Experience with Flash and ActionScript 2.0 a plus - Experience with an understanding of schema designs - Familiarity/experience with localization (foreign language adaptation) - Experience with deployment of applications from development/staging environments to production |

Country Specialist
Summary: Country Specialists join our lead trainers as consultants for a day and are asked to speak from their own experience of living and working in the target culture. For example, if our client is relocating to Tokyo, we identify one or more Japanese nationals who will support the needs of the participants based on their background in a similar industry, job title and city of relocation. Country Specialists play an important role in facilitating the introduction to the cultural norms of their country/region. In return they gain valuable insight into cross-cultural training and consulting as well as the opportunity to meet influential business executives. A Country Specialist is not required to prepare a formal presentation, but is expected to provide anecdotal cultural/business specific advice and insight to our client throughout the training.

Cross-Cultural Trainer & Consultant, EMEA
Location: Copenhagen or Kolding area - Denmark
Status: Full-time, non-exempt
Reports to: EMEA Regional Training Director & secondary reporting line to the EMEA Managing Director
• Carry out one-on-one and group training programs, as well as facilitate workshops, meetings and special events for our major clients in Denmark and the EMEA Region
• Ensure ongoing development of client relationships through a variety of design- and diagnostic-related needs, including ongoing development of services and supporting materials
• Help broaden Aperian Global's strategic direction, brand image, and solution mix through key client relationships and engagements, in collaboration with our Client Strategy and Business Development consultants
Qualifications:
• Approved to work in Denmark
• Relevant Master's Degree or higher
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent presentation techniques and facilitation skills
• At least three years of international business experience
• Strong knowledge of - and a passion for - the cross-cultural field
• Personal international experience from living and working abroad
• Applicants with a diverse cultural/ethnic background are encouraged to apply
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages will be a strong advantage
• Experience designing, training and facilitating workouts with senior business people
• Willingness, and available, to travel throughout Europe and the world up to 10-15 days per month, is a must
