David Eaton - Co-Founder
Mr. Eaton is a co-Founder and co-President of Aperian Global and leads the company's Global Business Transformation area. He has coached companies on the critical issues related to developing global competencies over the last fifteen years. As a strategic consultant, he has worked closely with senior management to design globalization strategies for mergers & acquisitions, joint venture management, cross-border outsourcing, human resources development, manufacturing and sales & marketing. Mr. Eaton has a Masters of Arts in International Relations from Lesley Graduate School.
Ernest Gundling - Co-Founder
Dr. Gundling is a co-Founder and co-President of Aperian Global and acts as a Senior Asia specialist, assisting clients in developing strategic global approaches to leadership, organization development, and relationships with key business partners; coaching executives with global responsibilities and works with multicultural management teams to help them formulate business plans based upon strong mutual understanding and a joint commitment to execution. Dr. Gundling holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
Ted Dale - Co-Founder & President
Mr. Dale is a co-Founder and co-President of Aperian Global and has overseen the company's development of intercultural training tools, including 25 videos on global business issues and a suite of web tools including GlobeSmart® and Global Teams OnlineSM, since the company's inception in 1990. Mr. Dale received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado and his Master of Arts from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, where he formerly taught as an adjunct professor.
Brad Bungum - Managing Director, Europe
Mr. Bungum is the Managing Director of Europe for Aperian Global and oversees Client Relations, Business Development, Finance and Operations for the European region. Mr. Bungum has had over 25 years of international experience as a manager and educator in cross-cultural training and consulting, experiential learning, and language instruction. Prior to Aperian Global, he spent six years as Director of Studies and Managing Partner at a language center in Copenhagen. Mr. Bungum speaks fluent Danish and has lived and worked in over 30 countries throughout his career.
Henry Bak Zinglersen - Managing Director, ME&A
Mr. Zinglersen is the Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa region and have been with Aperian Global for over ten years. As a highly experienced trainer, facilitator, and executive coach, Mr. Zinglersen conducts some of Aperian Global's highest level and most customized client interventions, training programs, and process facilitations. He studied for his Masters of Business Administration in International Human Resource Management and Business Administration at the Copenhagen Business School, Cranfield School of Business, EM Lyon, and University of Wisconsin.
Laurie Emery - Managing Director, Americas
Ms. Emery is the Managing Director of the America's and has been with Aperian Global since 1999. She has held a variety of positions in marketing, communications, and management with the firm, and currently oversees the management of Aperian Global's client work and personnel in the company’s largest region. Ms. Emry has worked in both the intercultural consulting and corporate communications arenas for more than 20 years. Ms. Emery is a cum laude graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she studied Japanese Language and Culture.
David Reilly - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Reilly serves as Aperian Global's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting. Dave has a broad entrepreneurial background that has included corporate strategy, management of technology and operations, sales, and new product development. Dave received a Master's of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia.
Ken Belanger - Director, Global Human Resources
Mr. Belanger serves as Director, Global Human Resources and is responsible for Aperian Global's overall global HR strategy. A native of the U.S., Mr. Belanger has lived and worked in various countries for 17 years, a large portion in Copenhagen, Denmark and Athens, Greece, as well as working extensively in the Middle East, Japan and China. Mr. Belanger's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Languages from Georgetown University, Master of Arts in Literature from the University of Copenhagen, a Master of Business Administartion from the University of Maryland University College and a graduate of the General Manager Program (TGMP12) from Harvard Business School.
