David Eaton - Founder, Practice Group Leader, Business Development
Over the last fifteen years, Mr. Eaton has coached companies on the critical issues related to developing global competencies. As a strategic consultant, he works closely with senior management to design globalization strategies for mergers & acquisitions, joint venture management, cross-border outsourcing, human resources development, manufacturing, and sales & marketing. Mr. Eaton has a Master of Arts in International Relations from Lesley Graduate School.
Ernest Gundling - Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Gundling acts as a Senior Asia specialist, assisting clients in developing strategic global approaches to leadership, organization development, and relationships with key business partners. He coaches executives with global responsibilities and works with multicultural management teams to help them formulate business plans based upon strong mutual understanding and a joint commitment to execution. Dr. Gundling holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.
Ted Dale - Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Mr. Dale has overseen the company's development of intercultural training tools, including 25 videos on global business issues and a suite of web tools including GlobeSmart® and Global Teams OnlineSM, since the company's inception in 1990. Mr. Dale received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado and his Master of Arts from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, where he formerly taught as an adjunct professor.
Brad Bungum - Managing Director, Global Account Management/EMEA
Mr. Bungum has over 25 years of experience as a manager and educator in cross-cultural training and consulting, experiential learning, and language instruction. Prior to Aperian Global, he spent six years as Director of Studies and Managing Partner at a language center in Copenhagen and ten years as Director with an international youth leadership exchange organization. Mr. Bungum has lived in Denmark for 20 years and has worked in over 30 countries. He holds degrees in History and Education from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Henry Bak Zinglersen - Managing Director, ME&A
Mr. Zinglersen has been with Aperian Global for over ten years. As a highly experienced trainer, facilitator, and executive coach, Mr. Zinglersen conducts some of Aperian Global's highest level and most customized client interventions, training programs, and process facilitations. He studied for his Master of Business Administration in International Human Resource Management and Business Administration at the Copenhagen Business School, Cranfield School of Business, EM Lyon, and University of Wisconsin.
David Reilly - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Reilly is responsible for the organization's Shared Services functions (accounting, IT, marketing and client relations services). Dave has a broad entrepreneurial background that includes corporate strategy, management of technology and operations, sales, and new product development. Dave received a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia.
Karen Cvitkovich - Managing Director, Global Talent Development
Ms. Cvitkovich designs and facilitates seminars for intact teams, team leaders and individual contributors on subjects including globalization, multinational teambuilding, global leadership and virtual communications. Ms. Cvitkovich has worked in intercultural consulting, coaching, and multinational teambuilding for over a decade. She knows first hand, from managing a team of over sixty staff and contractors located throughout North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia, the challenges of managing virtually and globally .
Pamela Leri - Director of Consulting, Asia-Pacific
Based in Singapore, Ms. Leri specializes in consulting and training related to working in the Asia Pacific region and is responsible for practice areas focusing on outsourcing, off-shoring, collaboration, and global project management. Her role leverages her extensive experience in Asia, having lived and worked in the region periodically since 1979. She also has extensive travel, living, and work experience in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico, and Canada. Ms. Leri received her Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing, Fiction, from the University of Iowa Writers' Workshop where she received the prestigious Iowa Arts Fellowship; and her bachelor's degree in Literature, Creative Writing with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Keiko Sakurai - Practice Group Leader, Global Teams
Ms. Sakurai is experienced in multi-national organization development, teambuilding, leadership development, management skills training and executive coaching. Ms. Sakurai holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, with a certificate in Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and Management from Hitotsubashi University, Japan, where she graduated with top honors. Ms. Sakurai is a CPA, and holds a certified MBTI user license and NLP practitioner license. She is bilingual in Japanese and English.
Soren Olesen - Director, Client Strategy & Business Development, Europe
Mr. Olesen has 23 years of global experience in account management, primarily with mid-size to global Fortune 2000 companies. He oversees Client Strategy & Business Development in Europe, is responsible for overall client satisfaction, and is the company’s primary liaison to partners for business training solutions within our Global Assignment Services practice area. Mr. Olesen lived and worked in the USA for over 13 years. He has worked extensively throughout Canada, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, with additional work experience in other European countries, Japan, Hong Kong, China, India and Singapore. Mr. Olesen is a Danish citizen and US resident and currently resides in Kolding, Denmark.
Mark Rieper - Director, Client Strategy & Business Development, Americas
Mark Rieper is based out of the Boston office and oversees the firm's Client Strategy & Business Development team in the Americas, ensuring that Aperian's clients are effectively supported with a blend of customized solutions to achieve their global business objectives. Over the past 8 years at Aperian, Mr. Rieper has consulted on projects and initiatives throughout Asia, EMEA, and the Americas with a diverse group of Global 500 companies. Mr. Rieper has lived in Taiwan and China and speaks Mandarin Chinese . He holds an MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, and a B.A. from Colgate University.
Sonya Kaleel - Practice Group Leader, Global Assignment Services
Sonya Kaleel is based in Chicago, Illinois representing Aperian Global as the Practice Group Leader for Global Assignment Services. In this role, she ensures that clients are supported with the appropriate services to meet their global mobility objectives, and she facilitates cross-cultural training programs. She brings over 20 years of experience in training and marketing management for organizations in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Ms. Kaleel previously worked for Aperian Global in Cairo, Egypt where she facilitated training programs throughout the region and led the research efforts to develop content for the Egypt, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Morocco and Iraq sections of Aperian's GlobeSmart® web tool. Prior to her work with Aperian, Ms. Kaleel designed and delivered virtual training workshops at the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company (Wrigley). She is fluent in English, conversant in Arabic, and holds a BS degree in Communications from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
Simone-Eva Redrupp - Practice Group Leader, EMEA
Simone-Eva Redrupp is Aperian Global's Practice Group Leader for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Ms. Redrupp has held senior operational management and marketing positions with various multinational corporations such as Lufthansa, Club Mediterrannee, Citibank and Disneyland Paris. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas, coursework from the Albert-Ludwigs Universität in Freiburg, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration/Master of International Management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Redrupp designs and facilitates programs for multinational teams, and coaches global leaders, to increase their effectiveness in face-to-face and virtual management situations. She is is trilingual (English, French and German), grew up in 5 countries (Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, USA,), and has worked in many others (Saint Lucia, Mexico, Senegal). Ms. Redrupp currently resides in Paris, France.
Theresa Kneebone - Managing Director, Asia-Pacific
Theresa Kneebone oversees the staff of Aperian Global and the delivery of consulting services, training programs and web tools throughout Asia. Ms. Kneebone has facilitated a diverse mix of cross-cultural training engagements with a focus on helping US and European organizations and executives work more effectively with their counterparts in the Asia-Pacifc region. Previously, she was the Manager of Training Operations at Cendant Intercultural (now Cartus) and was responsible for opening its European headquarters in London while on assignment there. Ms. Kneebone graduated from Indiana University with a degree in East Asian Studies after completing honors work on Chinese politics. She has lived and worked in Taipei, Taiwan and London, UK and is currently based in Singapore.
Anita Zanchettin - Managing Director, Global Talent Strategy
Ms. Zanchettin is responsible for ensuring Aperian Global's delivery of high quality client solutions worldwide. In her role as Practice Group Leader for Global Diversity & Inclusion, she provides consulting, training and web tools to achieve business results at client organizations. Ms. Zanchettin co-authored the book Global Diversity: Winning Customers and Engaging Employees within World Markets with Dr. Ernest Gundling. She has been a speaker at The Conference Board, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the World Diversity Leadership Summit on the subjects of employee engagement; strategies for effectively globalizing a corporate diversity initiative; global leadership competencies for a diverse business world; and global acumen for HR leaders. Ms. Zanchettin has lived in France, Iran, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Spain and currently resides in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.
Kimberly Blanchard-Cattarossi - Practice Group Leader, Global Business Skills
Kimberly Blanchard-Cattarossi has designed and facilitated training programs throughout the world on a wide range of topics including Leading Virtual Teams, Working Globally, and Multinational Teambuilding. Ms. Blanchard-Cattarossi has led hundreds of programs for expatriates to assist them in successful integration and effectiveness while on assignment. She has also served as a consultant and facilitator for SAP implementation projects, facilitating multinational teamwork across 15 countries. Prior to joining Aperian Global in 2003, Ms. Blanchard-Cattarossi lived and worked in the US and Germany in the field of human resources and training. She worked with Hewitt Associates, a Human Resource Consulting firm, on their recruiting and human resource team. Previously, as a specialist in US immigration law, she worked with multinational firms and clients in over 20 countries. Ms. Blanchard-Cattarossi earned her master’s degree in Intercultural Relations with a specialization in Training and Consulting from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Honors from the University of Florida. Based in Venice, Italy, she is fluent in English and Italian and speaks German at an intermediate level.
