The coaching process typically includes initial 360-degree interviews with the coachee's colleagues, use of online assessment tools, and on-the-job shadowing of the executive to provide accurate and objective feedback on their behavior and how its impact.

Coaching sessions are held every two to four weeks, for 60 to 120 minutes per session. While short-term engagements are possible for targeted objectives, the average coaching cycle lasts six to twelve months.
