In periods of complex organizational change and restructuring, individuals and teams from various functional areas, different business units and internal and external partners are required to work together and align towards common goals and objectives.
In such collaborative partnerships, each group represented typically has its own goals, objectives, metrics, operating systems, levels of expertise and culture (functional, business unit, corporate and/or national) which, without clarification and reconciliation, can lead to costly miscommunication, mistaken assumptions, conflicts between internal goals and objectives leading to nonalignment, costly delays and failure to achieve desired outcomes.
Aperian Global has an established framework and methodology to work with leaders and key stakeholders of complex collaborative partnerships in order to assess the key strengths, weaknesses and priorities of the partnership, gaps in perspective that exist between members of partnership based on demographic and group membership.
