Consulting

  • Consulting & Coaching for Team Leaders:  Leaders of global teams face the task of achieving difficult performance goals with a diverse group of people across barriers of time, distance, and culture. It is useful for them to know in advance about potential global team pitfalls and how to avoid them. Once a team is up and running, leaders may also need assistance in sorting out issues and determining next steps. Our consultants can provide an objective, confidential source of advice and best practices for team leaders and offer guidance on how to position a global team for success.

  • Global Conference/Meeting Facilitation for Intact Teams: Global team conferences/meeting represent a large investment of time and money for most organizations. If not designed specifically for a multicultural audience, they can prove a waste of company resources. Our consultants can work with your conference/meeting planners to ensure a successful meeting.
Training 
  • "Building a Team Culture" Workshop: This 2-day session for newly formed teams (typically less than three months together) facilitates the process of building a new team culture and common team operating system. 

  • Team Improvement Workshops: These 1- to 2-day sessions for intact teams are designed around the results of the prework the team completes using the diagnostic survey in Global Teams OnlineSM.  During the workshop, team members work through a facilitated process of discussing key issues, identifying priorities, and creating a joint action plan. This workshop is ideally structured for one intact team, but can be adjusted to accommodate up to three intact teams with no more than 10 team members each.
