Ernest Gundling will be a panelist along  with Greg Cripple, Manager of Leadership Development for John Deere, and Laura Lee Clinton, GPHR, Director of Human Resources Management for CARE USA on a webcast with The Conferece Board on April 24, 2008. The webcast entitled, What Is Different About Global Leadership? will discuss ways in which global leadership is different from leadership in domestic settings; global leadership competencies that have been identified in our initial research program; and turning an individual with good domestic business skills into a competent global executive through specific leadership development program activities and practices.
