Laurette Bennhold-Samaan Receives Prestigious Award
We’re delighted that our COO, Laurette Bennhold-Samaan, has won the prestigious Meritorious Service award from Worldwide ERC, the workforce mobility association. The award recognizes a member’s dedication and devotion of time and expertise for the betterment of the global mobility industry and was recently presented at the Global Workforce Summit in London.
Laurette is a well-respected member of the international mobility arena, with over twenty-five years of experience managing international mobility for world-class organizations such as Accenture, the World Bank, Honda of America, and the Peace Corps. She has co-authored a number of intercultural training books and delivered training and coaching programs in over 50 countries. Laurette was born in Egypt, lived in Nigeria, and has worked in Germany, Canada, and the U.S. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs focusing on cross-cultural communications and international business and is currently based in Washington, DC.
Of her award, Laurette said, “I am honored and humbled to be recognized by the world’s foremost authority on workforce mobility. I’ve been involved with Worldwide ERC for decades and they have been the core professional association and instrumental in connecting and educating the global mobility community. I look forward to continuing to work together in the years to come.”
