Lupita Garcia is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience as a Human Resources professional. She has a major focus on the institutional area, such as human resources, talent acquisition, IT recruiting, training, and leadership.
She has been a part of HR Startups, held leadership roles, and has experience in management, training, hiring, mentoring, and consulting. She has gained geographical experience in labor matters and employee relations in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Panama.
Lupita has been with Dell Technologies for over 12 years and has held multiple positions, but in her current role, she serves as the RHR Management Services Consultant for several Latin American countries.
In her spare time she likes to volunteer in mentoring and coaching programs within her community.
