Simone Redrupp
Director of Consulting, EMEA

Simone-Eva Redrupp assists executives from around the world in developing global leadership skills and building on their company’s leadership competencies. Utilizing an experiential learning approach during executive coaching engagements and team workshops, she ensures that participants become as effective in international business and personal settings as they already are in their home countries.

Facilitating training and coaching sessions in English, German, and French and working with multinational companies from Finland to Namibia and from the USA to India, Ms. Redrupp’s polyglot background enables her to engage business professionals at all levels. She currently resides in Paris with her husband, two sons, and a Bernese mountain dog named Balta.

Ms. Redrupp holds a BA from Rice University and has completed courses at the University of Freiburg, Germany. She also holds an MBA/MIM (Master’s in International Management) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. A lecturer at INSEAD, she is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and the Intercultural Development Inventory® and is a co-active business coach.

Dr. Gundling has worked with numerous Fortune 500 firms and is a sought-after keynote speaker and executive coach. He has lived in Asia and Europe, including six years in Japan. Dr. Gundling holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. from Stanford University; he also serves as a Lecturer in the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is the author of seven books, the latest titled, Inclusive Leadership, Global Impact.
