Ford Motor Company Receives Chief Learning Officer Business Impact Award

Aperian Global is pleased to congratulate our partner, Ford Motor Company, for being awarded the Bronze Business Impact Award at the Chief Learning Officer Symposium in Carlsbad, California on Sunday, October 5th. The Award was in recognition of Ms. Kamali Rajesh, Human Resources Director-Recruitment, Learning and Organization Development, Asia Pacific, and her accomplishments in measuring the business impact of talent development programs, including the Compass Program, an emerging leaders modular program Aperian Global designed in partnership with Ford Motor Company.

Aperian Global has been a trusted learning partner of Ford Motor Company for 4 years, assisting in accelerating emerging leaders’ development across China, Thailand, India and South Africa. Many participants have successfully taken on expanded roles and responsibilities as a result of their development through the Compass Program.

David Everhart, President of Aperian Global and lead consultant for the Program, was also in attendance at the Symposium to congratulate Ms. Rajesh in receiving the award, “We’re very grateful for our continued partnership with Ford Motor Company and we congratulate Kamali on this well-deserved recognition”.
