What does #BalanceforBetter look like?
Every International Women’s Day, employees at Aperian Global take time to pause, reflect, and make a new pledge to work towards gender parity.
With 9 offices around the globe and each office made up of a diverse mixture of individuals, our pledges often look different office to office, department to department.
We are proud to share a few of our 2019 IWD pledges that will help us #BalanceforBetter!
With all of the work the Kolding office has been doing to support refugee integration, we have no doubt Anja & Lone are well on their way to influencing residents (both new and old) towards a gender parity mindset.
Although our Raleigh office might be small, it has both men and women in management positions. Championing by example is a great place to start!
Our Singapore office is one of our most active offices in terms of hosting and attending events, many of which focus on positively leveraging diversity and promoting inclusion for all genders in the workplace.
The EMEA team had a great discussion around challenging stereotypes and biases – particularly those we hold of our own gender, which can hold ourselves and our counterparts back.
From Los Angeles to Boston to Vancouver, our Marketing team is dedicated to celebrating and promoting the achievements of our many talented women at Aperian Global.
