We are pleased to announce the addition of Caroline (Carrie) Henry Harrington as a member of our management team at Aperian Global.
Along with helping to set and execute Aperian Global’s organizational strategy as a management team member, Carrie has also been promoted to the role of Director of Product Management.
“Carrie’s 14-year history leading multiple functions at our organization, coupled with her experience in product development and content strategy, makes her a very welcome addition to the management team,” Amanda Worsfold, Chief Product Officer, said. “Her deep knowledge of how clients use our products and successful track record of launching new solutions enables her to hit the ground running.”
Under Carrie’s direction, the GlobeSmart® learning platform has achieved numerous milestones, including the expansion of Culture Guides, curated culture-specific content, to over 100 cultures. She has also guided the product development team through several successful product launches, including the most recent launch of Aperian Global’s first inclusion self-assessment, the Inclusive Behaviors InventorySM (IBI).
