Charlotta Öberg is a Senior Consultant with over 20 years of experience facilitating programs for individuals and organizations to succeed in global markets and thrive in multicultural societies. Her personal experience of living and working in over 30 countries across four continents has helped her empathize with the needs of expatriates world over. In the last few years, she has expanded her scope of influence and has been focusing on the Inclusion and Diversity space.
Prior to working with Aperian Global, Ms. Öberg was a Cultural Diversity specialist for the Swedish local government in Stockholm. Before that, she has worked as an Account Manager and Facilitator for Cartus, where she was responsible for the growth of the client base in EMEA while conducting training throughout Europe. She has provided her knowledge as a Cross-Cultural Expert to the International Criminal Court and coached senior political leader – Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore, on her international commitments. Ms. Öberg has also conducted global
leadership programs in Jakarta, Manila, and Singapore.
Originally from Sweden, Ms. Öberg lives in Sydney with her Australian husband and her daughters. She is fluent in English and Swedish and speaks intermediate French.
Ms. Öberg holds an MA in Social Science from the University of Colorado (Boulder) and a brain-based coaching qualification. Ms. Öberg also brings her industry expertise to post-graduate students in Cross-Cultural Management as a sessional academic at UNSW.
