Deepak Shetty is a Learning and Development professional with two decades of experience in organizational development and action-based learning. He is responsible for designing and delivering Talent Development solutions for Global 500 clients in the region. Mr. Shetty engages deeply with clients to understand their business needs. His key areas are Intercultural Effectiveness, Global Leadership, Global Team Effectiveness, Influencing Skills, and Business Skills.
Prior to working with Aperian Global, Mr. Shetty worked with the global hospitality major, Accor in Sydney. He has also been part of the retail leadership team helping Marks and Spencer set up stores across the Middle East. Mr. Shetty was responsible for facilitating training modules on Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Gender, and Cultural Diversity. Mr. Shetty has designed and delivered highly regarded learning solutions for key clients like Apollo Hospitals, Bosch, Cap Gemini, HP, Infosys, JP Morgan, Oracle, and Volvo.
Mr. Shetty has spent many years in Bangalore and has facilitated interventions for clients aimed at achieving business goals. He is actively involved in the HR community and currently lives in Melbourne, Australia.
Mr. Shetty earned an MBA degree in Human Resources from TA Pai Management Institute and received executive education from the Indian Institute of Management, IIM Bangalore. He is certified in The Leadership Circle, TLC and Clarity4D.
