Dr. Jack S. Cheng is a Senior Consultant with Aperian Global. He has been involved with professional coaching and training facilitation for over ten years. His deep understanding of culture and business dynamics in the East and West provides teams and individuals with executive, leadership, career, and cultural integration coaching to clients across the globe such as Adecco/LHH, Cisco, Ferrari, GE Capital, Google, Microsoft, Pfizer, and Yahoo.
Jack has over 30 years of living and working experience in the United States, South America, and China. As a highly experienced trainer and facilitator, he has specialized in individual and group facilitation in areas such as succession planning, team building, management change, merging and acquisition, as well as emotional awareness management and cultural integration. Prior to training and facilitating, Jack acted as Controller for the Santé Claire Hilton Hotel. Following his time at Hilton, Jack transitioned to VP of Finance and Operations at GENESIS Tech Corp. Jack directly applies this skill set and industry experience in the training room to benefit his clients.
He is an Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach from the Social and Personal Emotional Intelligence Institute, Certified Professional Coach from the International Coaching Academy, Certified Coach Practitioner from Certified Coach Federation, and Certified Associate Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
Born in China, Jack received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taipei, Taiwan and has an MBA from San Jose State University in San Jose, California. Following these degrees, he also received a doctorate in Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. Jack is fluent in Mandarin and English and currently resides in Shanghai, China.
