Lynn Witham is an international business consultant with experience in providing consulting, training, executive coaching, and training-design services to organizations working across international borders. She has had long-term assignments in France, Italy, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Iran, and Turkey, as well as short-term assignments in 38 other countries throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America and South America. Ms. Witham works with clients in many industries on issues related to leadership development, tech transfer, global team development, and the selection, preparation, and support of people on international assignments.
During her career, Ms. Witham has held a variety of positions, including program manager of an aviation tech transfer project in Iran, lecturer in the Department of Communication at the University of Vermont, management training consultant for multinational corporations in several countries, and Director of Pacific Rim services at Clarke Consulting Group, an intercultural consulting firm in California.
Currently based in the San Francisco California Bay Area, Lynn is a native speaker of English and speaks Persian, Italian, French, Spanish, and Malay/Indonesian with varying degrees of fluency.
She holds an MA degree in intercultural communication and a dual BA in communication and education from the University of Vermont, as well as a graduate certificate in TOEFL (the teaching of English as a foreign language) from St. Michael’s College, and has completed graduate work in international management and organizational development. She is the author of two books and the editor of five.
