Marcelo Priotti

Marcelo Priotti has been an Intercultural Trainer and Consultant since 1997. He participated in a variety of projects and delivered cross-cultural training sessions in English, Portuguese, and Spanish for multinational firms all over the Americas. In association with Aperian Global, Marcelo has facilitated for Caterpillar, Dell, Eaton, EMC Corporation, E&Y, ExxonMobil, John Deere, Novartis, Oracle, Syngenta to name a few.

Mr. Priotti has helped expatriates and their families thrive through the relocation process and has assisted global managers to conduct business more effectively across cultures and in leading virtual teams. Marcelo also conducted multinational team-building sessions with ACBL for four years in Rosario, Argentina. Prior to working with Aperian, Mr. Priotti was an instructor in High Performing Teams and Programming for several firms, educational institutions, and independent professionals in Rosario. Before moving into global training, he assisted individuals and companies in Argentina in English and Spanish as a foreign language by providing customized courses and translation services.

Mr. Priotti is a native of Rosario, Argentina. He co-authored the multicultural projects Diversophy: Argentina and Cultural Detective: Argentina. He had his first cross-cultural experience as an exchange student for American Field Service (AFS) in Minnesota, and later in Germany and Austria. Marcelo has been a Founding Member for the re-establishment of AFS in Rosario.

Mr. Priotti graduated with a degree in Communication and Journalism from UCU University in Rosario, Argentina and he also studied Administrative Information Systems Analysis at UTN University, Rosario.
