Nigel Richards has been involved in management training and corporate development for over two decades. A highly experienced trainer, coach, and facilitator, he specializes in cross-cultural training, team building, leadership development, and expatriate coaching. His focus is to enable business professionals to successfully manage, communicate, and adapt when working face-to-face, virtually with diverse cultures, or on international assignments. In all, he has delivered workshops, coaching, and consulting in almost every industry and in over thirty countries.
Mr. Richards has gained extensive cross-cultural business experience as an expatriate, in addition to working throughout the Americas, Asia, and Europe. Recently he has focused on developing leaders of global project teams, with members partnering across highly diverse regions including East Asia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and the United States.
Mr. Richards was born and raised in the United Kingdom. He and his family are currently based in the San Francisco Bay area.
His educational background includes an undergraduate degree in law and an MA in education. Mr. Richards is a contributing author to the book, Global Diversity: Winning Customers and Engaging Employees Within World Markets.
