Building Awareness

Through business cultural diversity training, we assist clients with developing or fine-tuning their business case for diversity & inclusion. One recent client required assistance with developing a business case that was globally consistent, yet was flexible for local relevance. We also provide consultation to develop strategies to communicate the message across the global workforce.

Strategic Planning

Diversity & Inclusion is a focused change management initiative. Therefore, it is critical that organizations have clear strategic plans to manage this. We recently worked with a client to facilitate and manage the start-up, planning, and ongoing actions of their D&I Advisory Council.

Workshop Facilitation

Increasing the awareness of employee’s understanding of D&I often involves changing behaviors. In our diversity and inclusion programs, we work with our clients to customize workshops that cater to their specific D&I needs. Our primary focus in these workshops is to engage participants on a personal level to understand that becoming more inclusive will demand a change in how we view the world and how we work together effectively.
