The GlobeSmart Leadership Assessment (GLA) is a 360 multi-rater assessment for individuals in global leadership roles. The GLA produces a report that identifies strengths and areas for improvement based on ten behaviors that define great global leaders. The tool and underlying SCOPE model framework provide an excellent resource for executive coaching and custom global leadership development programs.
The GLA is unique in that it focuses on behaviors that are important when leading in a global context. Rather than focusing on general intercultural competency, the GLA focuses on global leadership / behaviors.
