  • Master’s Degree
  • Average 10 years global business experience
  • Proven facilitation skills
  • Diverse background working with Global 1000 companies
  • Subject matter expertise in key countries, global topics, and industries
  • Certification in Aperian Global methodology, content/tools, newest intellectual property
  • Additional training and coaching certifications
  • Several years experience living and working outside of “home” country
  • Bilingual or multilingual
