Janet has significant talent management field experience across China, the United States, and Asia, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, talent deployment, and leadership development. She has worked with senior leadership teams in global companies like Apple (China) to design talent management plans that match individual needs with business goals and with small start-ups like WorkWise (New York City) and Broad-Minded Business (Tokyo) to build and bring to market unique and local-relevant service offerings. Previously as a member of Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting team, Janet developed the leadership assessment and coaching service offerings, covering projects for multi-national companies and Chinese enterprises on individual and team assessments, high potential identification and development, and competency modeling. Janet has also served in field HR roles in Singapore, Chicago, and New York. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and is certified in MBTI, NLP, Situational Leadership II as well as several Lominger Leadership Architecture Suite offerings: Learning Agility, CHOICES, and Interview Architect. She is also a certified coach through IECL in Australia.
