Race and Ethnicity: Global Perspectives

America/Vancouver

Wondering how your organization in Asia can address social justice issues given the differences from the current race equity concerns on the other side of the world?

Adopting a one-size-fits-all global approach without an understanding of any country’s local environment is seldom a recipe for success. Even the most well-intentioned initiatives can fail to produce the desired results when they assume that the challenges faced by employees around the world are the same as those at headquarters.

Join us for a 60-minute webinar hosted by Aperian Global’s Director of Consulting, Mui Hwa Ng, as we address race and ethnicity in a cross-border context and present workable solutions for global organizations in Asia.

During this session, you will learn how to:

  • Balance corporate values with local realities in Asia
  • Bring a global perspective to initiatives that address unconscious bias, inclusion skills, and systemic racism
  • Use a multi-layered approach to personal identity that enables global employees to better understand each other and work together more effectively
