Ashley Coombs
Global Inclusion Solutions Consultant

As a Consultant of Global Inclusion Solutions, Ashley Coombs facilitates the development, implementation, and sustainment of inclusive culture transformations. She is a 10-year veteran of Aperian Global’s Inclusion & Diversity research and Client Management practice and is dedicated to providing boutique-level service at a global scale.

Prior to working at Aperian Global, Ms. Coombs worked in the non-profit sector in Boston, Massachusetts, and Niamey, Niger. She is currently based in Houston, Texas.

Ms. Coombs holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University. She is an active contributor to Aperian Global’s online publications and a featured author of the chapter on “Five Organizational Levers to Support Inclusion” in the book, Inclusive Leadership: From Awareness to Action.

Lauren Rollins
Learning and Development Specialist II

Lauren Rollins is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist with nearly 17 years of experience in the L&D space.  She’s held a variety of roles over her career from managing operations & logistics for the department, to facilitating workshops, to consulting with the business to assess their learning needs and identify the appropriate solution.

She’s a collaborative team player who has a passion for working with teams across the globe, finding common ground, and discovering how our similarities and differences can foster growth, development, and innovation. She is always eager to try new ways of working and thrives on building new relationships and cultivating collaboration between colleagues and functions.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young children, visiting national parks, country music, sports, and going to the beach!
